About This Role
Upbound is growing rapidly across Malaysia and international markets, and we are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Channel Sales & Trade Execution professional to drive strong retail presence and operational excellence across gyms, fitness studios, HORECA outlets, specialty retail stores, and distributor-managed channels.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, distributors, and retail partners to maintain excellent product visibility, stock availability, merchandising standards, and overall outlet performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee retail execution across fitness studios, gyms, HORECA outlets, specialty retail stores, and distributor-managed channels
Ensure consistent product availability, merchandising visibility, and execution standards across all outlets
Coordinate stock replenishment and inventory flow with internal teams and distributors to minimize out-of-stock (OOS) situations
Manage POSM deployment and ensure all materials are installed according to brand guidelines
Plan and monitor merchandiser routes, outlet coverage, and field execution quality
Ensure proper shelf displays, product replenishment, product facing, and cleanliness standards across outlets
Conduct outlet audits and review execution reports and photo submissions to ensure compliance consistency
Identify execution gaps and follow up on corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
Coordinate sales orders, delivery schedules, and resolve fulfillment or stock discrepancy issues
Act as the liaison between sales teams, logistics, distributors, and retail partners
Support new outlet onboarding including stock setup, POSM installation, product placement, display setup, and outlet briefing
Prepare weekly reports on outlet performance, stock availability, execution compliance, and operational updates
Work closely with distributors and logistics teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operational execution.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in FMCG sales, field sales, trade marketing, or distributor operations
Experience in beverage, health products, pharmacy, convenience retail, or related industries is an added advantage
Strong exposure to multi-outlet retail or field execution environments
Strong operational, coordination, and execution skills
Experience managing merchandisers or field teams is preferred
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
