Roadshow & Partnership Manager
Drive dynamic roadshows and strategic partnerships — lead teams, manage end-to-end events, and boost ROI with crisp planning and engaging brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Roadshow Planning & Execution
Plan and execute roadshows, mall activations, expos, pop-ups, and community events in line with brand objectives.
Manage end-to-end event operations including booth setup, logistics, manpower planning, vendors, and onsite coordination.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth event readiness and execution.
Ensure all events comply with company SOPs, operational processes, and lead capture requirements.
Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify, pitch, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with lifestyle brands, gyms, studios, retail partners, and community groups.
Develop collaboration campaigns and activation ideas such as co-branded events, voucher partnerships, welcome kits, and bundled offers.
Maintain strong partner relationships and continuously explore new business opportunities.
Team Leadership & Field Management
Lead, coach, and supervise the roadshow team, promoters, and vendors during events.
Ensure strong customer engagement, service quality, and smooth on-ground operations.
Coordinate product and service training to maintain team readiness and performance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and analyze roadshow and partnership performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, ROI, and event profitability.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and improvement plans to optimize results.
Budget & Operational Management
Manage event budgets, vendor quotations, and operational spending effectively.
Optimize cost efficiency and logistics planning while maintaining strong brand presentation and customer experience.
Requirements
4–7 years of experience in events, roadshows, field marketing, partnerships, or sales activations.
Experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or lifestyle industries is an added advantage.
Proven experience managing on-ground teams and large-scale events.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable with budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking.
Able to work weekends and extended hours during events when required.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Commercially driven with a good understanding of customer conversion and ROI.
Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Confident in leading teams and representing the brand professionally.
Existing network with mall management, event organizers, gyms, studios, lifestyle brands, or community groups is an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation processes is preferred.
