About the Role
Upbound is looking for an energetic and self-driven Sales Intern to support our growing brand presence across partner outlets in Klang Valley. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and learning how sales works in a fast-growing consumer brand.
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to business development, account servicing, and field sales while working closely with our team.
What You’ll Do
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partner outlets including gyms, cafés, wellness centres, and retail stores.
Support the team in opening new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing outlets.
Build positive relationships with outlet owners, managers, and staff.
Gather outlet feedback and share market insights with the team.
Support sales campaigns, sampling activities, and brand activations when needed.
Assist with ad-hoc sales and business development tasks assigned by the team.
Work hands-in-hand with the CEO on sales strategies and execution.
Receive direct mentorship and guidance from the CEO throughout the internship period.
What We’re Looking For
Internship student currently pursuing Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Interested in sales, business development, and consumer brands.
Comfortable with fieldwork and visiting multiple outlets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, confident, and willing to learn.
Own transport is an advantage.
