Customer Care Intern
Gain hands-on experience with customer relationship management and online reputation monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & CRM Support
Assist in logging customer cases accurately in CRM systems.
Maintain updated complaint tracking sheets and documentation.
Prepare daily and weekly case summary reports.
Organize tribunal or legal documentation files (administrative support daily).
Customer Follow-up
Conduct follow-up calls or messages for non-sensitive cases.
Assist in appointment confirmation and post-service feedback collection.
Draft response templates for internal review.
Online Review Monitoring
Monitor Google Reviews and social media feedback.
Flag negative or sensitive comments to Senior/Manager for action.
Assist in compiling online reputation reports.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Communication, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
Eager to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace.
