We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Customer Experience Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
You will play an important role in converting inquiries into sales, managing customer consultations, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer journey. If you are customer-focused, persuasive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Engage & Convert Customers
Respond to customer inquiries through calls and chats
Understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products
Turn inquiries into confirmed appointments and sales
Deliver Professional Consultations
Guide new and returning customers through service consultations
Provide helpful advice, solutions, and recommendations
Ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and pleasant experience
Manage Appointments & Support Operations
Handle bookings, rescheduling, and general inquiries
Keep daily records of appointments and sales updated
Prepare invoices (complimentary & paid) accurately
Assist with event and partnership leads
Follow up and convert event inquiries into customers
Handle Customer Concerns with Care
Listen, understand, and resolve customer issues professionally
De-escalate concerns and escalate complex cases when needed
Who We’re Looking For
Have at least SPM or Diploma qualification.
Prior experience in customer service, CRM, or sales (retail or service industry preferred).
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay
Comfortable handling calls and chats at the same time
Organized, detail-oriented, and good with systems
Friendly, confident, and enjoys talking to people
