Key Responsibilities

• Perform facial and skin treatments according to company SOPs.

• Provide professional skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments or products

• Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained

• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships

• Educate clients on post-treatment care and home skincare routines

• Record and update client treatment details accurately

• Comply with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards

• Participate in training to continuously upgrade skills and knowledge

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome too; training will be provided

• Experience in facial or skin treatments is an added advantage

• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented, patient, and detail-focused

• Willing to learn and follow SOPs and hygiene standards

• Able to work weekends and public holidays

• Team player with a positive attitude
