Key Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing training on product knowledge and service protocols.

• Assist senior consultants and therapists in delivering Emax’s signature beauty and aesthetic services.

• Learn and perform basic facial, skincare, and treatment procedures under guided supervision.

• Provide warm, professional customer service and support clients throughout their treatment journey.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness according to Emax’s operational guidelines.

• Help with daily centre operations including appointment coordination and customer follow-ups.
