FMCG Sales Executive – Beverage / F&B Channel

Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to grow Upbound’s presence in cafés, gyms, and off-trade channels.
This role combines business development, relationship management, and on-ground activation. You’ll be the face of Upbound in the field — building partnerships, driving sales, and ensuring strong brand visibility in every outlet.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and secure new accounts across cafés, boutique gyms, yoga/Pilates studios, co-working spaces, and other off-trade outlets.
- Pitch Upbound products and negotiate commercial terms with support from the Senior Sales Manager.
- Achieve targeted new outlet openings monthly.
2. Account Management
- Build and maintain relationships with existing partners to drive reorders and maintain fridge/shelf presence.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, and coordinate with distributors or warehouse for smooth delivery.
3. Trade Activation & Execution
- Work closely with Marketing to execute in-outlet activations (sampling, mini events, collaborations).
- Ensure strong visibility through POSM (posters, fridges, counter stands) and premium placements.
- Provide on-ground feedback on competitor activity and outlet trends.
4. Order, Delivery & Payment Handling
- Deliver products during sales visits when needed.
- Manage orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain daily stock and delivery records.
5. Reporting & Insights
- Submit weekly reports on outlet visits, sales results, competitor updates, and market feedback.
- Track KPIs: new outlets opened, sales volume, reorder frequency, and activation effectiveness.
- Share insights with Sales & Marketing for growth planning.
What Success Looks Like
- Monthly/quarterly new outlet acquisition.
- Sales volume and reorder rate per account.
- Percentage of outlets activated with branding/POSM.
- Outlet satisfaction and retention.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, beverages, or lifestyle brands (preferred, but we also welcome fast learners).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and enjoys on-the-ground work.
- Passionate about wellness, fitness, or lifestyle products.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Possess own transport for outlet visits.
