Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Growth

• Own and grow online sales via Upbound website & marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon if expanded).
• Optimize product listings, bundles, pricing tests, and promotions.
• Implement A/B testing on landing pages and checkout flows to boost CVR.

2. Digital Acquisition

• Manage or coordinate with agency/media buyers on Meta, TikTok, Google campaigns.
• Test new digital channels (affiliate, search, retargeting).
• Track CAC/ROAS closely and propose budget reallocations for efficiency.

3. Retention & LTV

• Build CRM flows (email, SMS, WhatsApp) to drive repeat purchases.
• Develop replenishment campaigns (30-day reorder nudges, subscription push).
• Segment users into first-time, repeat, high-value — create tailored offers.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Set up dashboards (GA4, Shopify, marketplace BI).
• Report weekly on key growth KPIs: CAC, ROAS, AOV, Repeat Rate, LTV.
• Turn data into actionable insights (which campaign, product, or channel to scale).

5. Growth Experiments

• Run small but rapid tests: new bundles, flash sales, landing pages, referral codes.
• Document and scale what works into repeatable playbooks.

Must-Haves

• 3–5 years in e-commerce / digital growth (FMCG, wellness, or consumer goods preferred).
• Hands-on with Shopify (or similar), GA4, Meta/TikTok Ads, and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills; can read numbers and turn them into next steps.
• “Owner’s mindset”: proactive, resourceful, doesn’t wait for instructions.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Own dashboards for CAC, LTV, repeat purchase rate, referral rate.
• Present weekly insights to leadership: what’s working, what to kill, what to double down.
• Build playbooks so successful experiments can be scaled by future team members.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years growth/digital/CRM/e-commerce marketing experience.
• Strong mix of analytical and creative skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in lean teams, with ambition to grow into Growth Marketing Manager.
