Employer Branding & Academy Marketing Specialist
Job Purpose: To strengthen the company’s employer brand, attract top talent, and promote learning & development initiatives (Academy programs) through strategic marketing. This role bridges HR, Marketing, and Education, ensuring the company is recognized as both an employer of choice and a knowledge-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Marketing
- Design and execute employer branding strategy across social media, career portals, and digital platforms.
- Create talent attraction campaigns to showcase company culture, employee success stories, and career opportunities.
- Partner with recruiters to produce compelling job postings, talent ads, and outreach campaigns.
- Measure employer branding impact through KPIs such as candidate quality, reach, and engagement.
Academy (Education) Marketing
- Develop marketing strategies for academy programs (training, certification, upskilling workshops, leadership programs).
- Collaborate with L&D/Academy teams to translate technical/educational content into marketable stories.
- Promote academy offerings internally (employees) and externally (partners, industry networks, talent pipeline).
- Manage marketing assets: brochures, e-learning visuals, video content, email campaigns, and event promotions.
- Support event marketing for seminars, workshops, webinars, and career fairs.
Internal Engagement & Advocacy
- Encourage employee participation in learning programs and employer branding campaigns.
- Build an employee ambassador program to amplify academy initiatives and company culture.
- Partner with HR to highlight career growth, upskilling opportunities, and success stories.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track ROI of academy campaigns (enrollment numbers, participation rates, learner engagement).
- Monitor talent pipeline health and employer brand positioning in the market.
- Benchmark against competitors’ employer brand and education program marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, Communications, or Education.
- 3–5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or education marketing.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and content creation.
- Experience in learning programs / academy promotion is a plus.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction skills.
- Analytical mindset to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.

- Employer Brand Awareness (reach, engagement, talent applications).
- Talent Acquisition Marketing (application quality, time-to-hire).
- Academy Marketing (enrollment rates, learner engagement, event attendance).
