We are looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will inspire, train, and develop our beauty professionals—ensuring they deliver exceptional service, technical excellence, and a memorable customer experience. What You’ll Do

• Conduct engaging theory and practical training for beauty therapists across facial, body, and aesthetic treatments.

• Design and deliver training modules, workshops, and on-the-job coaching to elevate technical and customer service skills.

• Ensure team members are trained in professional standards, hygiene, and safety practices.

• Keep the team ahead of the curve by introducing new products, techniques, and beauty trends.

• Assess staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and mentor them towards excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Education/Certifications: SKM, Diploma, or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field (facial, aesthetics).

• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Beauty Therapist/Consultant/Trainer, with proven experience in training or coaching beauty teams. Exposure to retail beauty, spa, slimming, or aesthetic services environment.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of skin, body, hair, products, equipment, and new industry trends; well-versed in professional salon and hygiene practices.

• Training & Presentation Skills: Confident in classroom, online, and practical training delivery. Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation. Ability to deliver training modules (Theory + Practical) and evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication in English and Mandarin, strong interpersonal skills to handle staff of different seniority, and leadership qualities with a team-oriented mindset.

• Other Requirements: Proficient in MS Office/PowerPoint, and consistently demonstrate professional grooming and role-model behavior.
