Love crafting fine-dining experiences from the comfort of a home kitchen? Passionate about healthy, beautiful food that tastes as good as it looks? We’re on the lookout for a creative and experienced Residential Sous Chef to join a private household and cook directly for the CEO’s family!
This is not your average kitchen job — you’ll be the mastermind behind daily ‘Omakase’, blending Chinese and Western cuisine with your own twist, focusing on quality, nutrition, and a dash of flair.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Take full ownership of the kitchen – from grocery shopping to plating up perfection
Prepare and serve healthy, delicious meals (Chinese & Western), with finesse and care
Get creative — plan your own menus based on the family’s tastes and lifestyle needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and pro-level kitchen
Ensure hygiene and food safety at all times
You’re Our Ideal Chef If You:
Have fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
Know how to cook clean, healthy meals that don’t compromise on taste
Have at least 3 years of experience in hotels or restaurants
Can whip up Chinese soups and Western brunch like a pro
Are independent, highly organized, and genuinely love cooking
Are flexible to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bonus points if you’ve studied culinary arts or had formal training!
Proficiency in Mandarin — Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin
