Recruitment Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the hiring magic behind our growing beauty empire — across HQ and retail outlets nationwide.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner with leaders across our corporate and retail teams to understand hiring needs and craft winning recruitment strategies.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Lead high-volume hiring campaigns for our outlets while filling key roles at HQ.
- Be a recruitment wizard: track, analyse, and report on hiring metrics like time-to-fill, source of hire, and more.
- Use ATS, job boards, social media, referrals and a sprinkle of charm to attract top-tier talent.
- Champion the Emax employer brand and deliver a smooth, professional candidate experience.
- Stay on top of industry trends and talent insights to keep our strategies fresh and fabulous.
- Present hiring performance updates and recommendations to senior management — confidently and clearly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or any people-focused field.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience (corporate + retail preferred).
- Strong stakeholder communication — you speak business and beauty fluently.
- Data-driven mindset — you don’t guess, you measure.
- Experience handling multiple vacancies at once without breaking a sweat.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (this is a must).
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, goal-driven beauty brand.
