Role Summary:
As a Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, content creation, market research, and other initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty and wellness industry while contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support:
-Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels.
-Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.

Content Creation:
-Contribute to the creation of social media content, blog posts, and email marketing copy.
-Design simple visuals or coordinate with designers to develop creative assets.

Market Research:
-Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research.
-Gather insights on customer behaviors to support marketing strategies.

Event Coordination:
-Support in organizing promotional events or product launches.
-Prepare event materials and coordinate logistics.

Performance Tracking:
-Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
-Assist in analyzing key metrics to suggest improvements.

Administrative Tasks:
-Maintain organized marketing files and databases.
-Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:
● Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a
related field.
● Passionate about the beauty/wellness industry.
● Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
● Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
● Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills.
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
